If you’ve been to one of our lunches, you’ve heard it — and probably worn it. It’s what we say to every person walking this road, and to everyone who rallies around them. We mean it every single time.
Our mission
We fund cancer research, directly and personally.
Every lunch we host puts money directly toward cancer research, largely through our long-standing connection to QCGC Research — the Queensland Centre for Gynaecological Cancer Research, part of the University of Queensland Centre for Clinical Research (UQCCR), a relationship that began through Dr Andrea Garrett in 2013. We are run by women who have felt the weight of a cancer diagnosis in their own families and chosen to do something about it.
